About me
Movement as a form of self-expression is intrinsic to who we are as human beings and I thrive on its ability to move people to their core. As a dancer, choreographer, educator and producer, I aim to continuously work on breaking the barriers between who we are as performers and spectators.
Biography
After finishing her dance studies at Centro de Danza Mari Cruz Alcalá and English National Ballet School, her professional career continued as a Soloist with English National Ballet prior to joining Rambert Dance Company.
Her work as a choreographer shows her varied experienced as a classical and modern dancer, as well as her continuous search for a unique voice that evolves with her. As a producer and artistic director, she created the WORK series showcasing the works of international emerging choreographers.
With an academic background that includes both a BA (Hons) in Business Studies by UK´s Open University and a Master in Arts Management by Universidad Complutense de Madrid, currently, she combines her work as Director for Student Affairs, Diversity and Inclusion and instructor for Movement for Musicians at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, with her activity as a freelance artist and a founding member of UK´s independent artists´ collective New Movement Collective.
